Harikrupa Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Silver Plaza on Nagar Road in Jamkhed. Specifically, we're in B Wing, Flat Number 7, at Dnyaneshwar Tukaram Zende’s place. It’s not a big corporate office, just a regular flat where we do our business. Jamkhed can get quite hot in the summer and the traffic on Nagar Road is always something to deal with. We are a group of local farmers and folks who decided to work together. Most days you’ll find one or two of us there handling the books or talking on the phone with the guys in the fields. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk. It’s just chairs and a table and plenty of tea when neighbors drop by. We help our members with seeds and trying to get a decent price for the harvest. It’s hard work and the rain doesn't always come when you want it to. Being at Silver Plaza makes it easy for people to find us when they come into town. We keep things very basic here. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just calendars and some notes about crop prices. We aren't looking to be the biggest company around, just a helpful one for the people we know. Dnyaneshwar helps keep things organized so we don't lose track of the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work.
