It’s a local spot where we handle all our agricultural business. Ahmednagar is known for its farming, and Chinbhala is no different. We spend most of our time out in the fields or at the house talking about the crops. We aren't a big city firm with shiny offices. Our office is just a regular house in the village where we keep our files. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it’s sugar cane or onions or whatever else is growing. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page. We started this because doing things on your own in Shrigonda is getting harder every year. By coming together at House 491/1, we can figure out better ways to move our produce. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just farming and trying to make a bit of money from it. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the prices in the market drop suddenly. We just sit together and figure out a plan. It’s a community thing. Everyone here knows each other and we've been working this land for a long time. We just want to keep things going for the next generation. It is a slow way of living but it is what we know best in this part of the country.
