We are based over at Jawale Kadlag, which is out in Sangamner. Shantram Kisan Deshukh’s place is where we mostly get things done. Most days, the sun is pretty strong here, so we start our work early before it gets too hot to stand in the fields. It’s a quiet spot, just a lot of greenery and the usual sounds of the village.
