Gondegaon Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Gondegaon, which is in the Newasa taluka. Our office is located at Dattatray Shankar Ghule’s house, number 102. We are a collective made up of local farmers from this area. We didn't want to keep struggling on our own, so we decided to form this company to help each other out. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist or anything like that. It is just a home where we meet to discuss our farming business. Most of the time, you will find us talking about things like the cost of fertilizers, the quality of seeds, and where we can get the best price for our onions or grain. Newasa is a farming hub, but it can be hard to make a profit. By working together in Gondegaon, we have a better chance of surviving the bad years. We are all neighbors here, and we have known each other for years. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound bigger than we are.
