Globalking Farmers Producer Company Limited

Kokangaon is a quiet place for the most part, and our office is at C/O Prabhakar Shivram Shinde’s place, number 756. Sangamner is the bigger town nearby, but we like being right here in the village where the actual work happens. The name Globalking Farmers Producer Company Limited sounds a bit big, but we are just local farmers. Most days, you’ll find Prabhakar or some of the other members sitting on the porch talking about the onion prices or the milk rates. We don't have any fancy suits or big presentations. Our meetings happen over tea, often with the sound of tractors in the background. Surviving as a single farmer is hard these days, so we grouped up. By working together, we can buy what we need in bulk and hopefully get a better price when we sell our harvest. The room we use for the company business is filled with ledgers and stacks of receipts. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the rain makes the road to the house a bit of a mess, but people still find their way here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make life a little better for the families in Kokangaon. It’s simple, practical, and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. There is always a fence to fix or a load of produce to move before the day is done. It is just the way things go.
