Girna-Parisar Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out in Mukhed, over in the Niphad area. We’re located at Ramrao Dulaji Patil’s place, which most people around here know already. It’s a rural setup, so we don't have the kind of big glass buildings you see in the cities. Instead, we have a functional space where we meet up and figure out the logistics for the local farmers. Most days involve talking about seeds, weather, and how to get things to market without spending too much. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once during the meetings. We try to keep track of everything on paper and on the computer, but sometimes it gets messy when we're busy. There's always someone coming by with a question about their harvest or needing help with some paperwork. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. We just do the work that needs doing. Since we are right in the middle of the farming community, we see what’s actually happening on the ground every day. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that’s just how life is when you’re dealing with agriculture. We spend a lot of time outside or in the storage areas rather than sitting behind desks all day. It's a simple operation, run by people who actually live here. We try to be helpful and stay busy with the tasks that come our way.
