You can find us at B 48 in the Newasa Industrial Area, just past the Shingave Tukai post office in the Newasa Taluka. Being in an industrial area means things are a bit louder and busier than out in the fields, but it helps us with the logistics. We have been working from this spot for a bit now. The building is functional, mostly just a place to store things and keep our records straight. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with the farmers who are part of our group. Since we are Dyaneshwar Farmers Producer Company, it is all about the collective effort of the local growers. We don't have any polished speeches or fancy brochures. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some paperwork or checking the latest market reports. The heat in Newasa can get pretty intense, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We deal with all sorts of agricultural products depending on the time of year. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Some days are smoother than others, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to make sure the farmers get what they need and the business stays running. It is a lot of responsibility but we manage.
