Chasnali Yuva Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Chasnali, which is a quiet spot in Kopergaon. We usually meet up at House Number 101, where Pavankumar Shashikant Chandgude stays. It is a local setup for the farmers around here. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time talking about seeds, weather, and the prices we get at the market. Most of us grew up on these lands, so we know the soil pretty well. Ahmednagar can get really dry, so water is always on our minds. We started this Yuva farmers group because we wanted a way to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. It is not always easy, and there are plenty of days where we just sit around the porch and try to figure out how to get the transport sorted. The office isn’t really an office in the city sense; it is more of a home where business happens between cups of chai. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just want to make sure the crops we grow actually find a buyer. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out with it. People in Kopergaon know where we are if they need to talk about the harvest. It is just basic village life and farming. We do our best with what we have and keep moving forward every season.
