We are over at House Number 1237 on Malegaon Road in Nandgaon. Bornagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is a local effort by the farmers living around this area. Nandgaon has always been a place where agriculture is the main thing people do. Our location on the road makes it easy for members to drop by and talk about their concerns. It’s a simple house, not a corporate office. We deal with the day-to-day business of farming, like figuring out where to get the best seeds or how to handle a bad crop season. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the farmers. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound like we know more than we do. We just know what works on our land. The Malegaon Road is often busy with trucks, and we hope some of those trucks are carrying our produce to the markets. We spend a lot of time checking the fields and making sure everything is growing like it should. It’s tiring work, and your clothes always end up dirty by the end of the day. But that’s what we do. We’re a small group, and we know each other well. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just want to farm and make sure our families are taken care of. It’s a practical way to live and work in this part of Nandgaon.
