We are Bhimashankar Matsya - Krushi Va Vanopaj Producer Company Limited, and you can find us out in Gadewadi. This is in the Rajapur area of Ambegaon taluka. It is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city, but it is where the real work happens for us. Being in a rural spot means we are closer to the farms and the people we actually work with. Our office is just a plain building that serves as a meeting point for everyone involved. We deal with fish, farming, and forest products, which keeps the days pretty interesting and varied. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty or muddy depending on the season, but that is just part of being out here. We do not have those shiny glass offices you see in the city center. We just have a place where we can sit down, go through our papers, and figure out the next steps for the producers. The air is definitely fresher out here in Ambegaon than it is in the middle of Pune. People around Gadewadi know us, and we know them. It is more about personal connections than business contracts sometimes. We just show up every day and try to help move the local produce to where it needs to go. It is hard work, and the hours can be long, but it feels right to be doing this right where the stuff grows and is harvested. We are just folks doing our part in the village.
