Bhaubaba Agro Producer Company Limited is located over in Moha, specifically at G. No. 544 in the Hapatewadi area. This is part of Jamkhed taluka. It’s a very rural spot, and that’s where most of our work happens. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of offices. We’re just a group of local people who decided it was better to work together on the agricultural stuff. The office is basically a functional space where we handle the paperwork and meet up to talk about the season’s progress. Jamkhed has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We spend a lot of time on the ground, literally. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of executives. It’s just us, the local farmers and residents, trying to make the most of what we have. Most days involve talking about market rates or checking on the transport for the crops. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. There is a small storage area nearby where we keep some of the equipment and bags. We don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be. If the crops are good and we can get them sold, that’s a good day for us. The building is simple and sits right where the action is in Moha. We’ve been here for years, and the company is just another part of our daily life in the village, making sure we all get by and keep the farms going.
