Bhadanez Agro Industries Private Limited is located at Plot No.20 on Walli Shiwar, Gangapur Road. It is an industrial spot so it can get pretty loud with all the activity around us. We have been here for a bit now, focusing on the processing side of things. The building is functional. It’s built for work, not for looking pretty. We have some machines and a bit of warehouse space. Most of the staff comes from the nearby areas. We spend a lot of time managing the intake of raw goods and seeing them through the production line. It is hard work and the hours can be unpredictable depending on the season. When the harvest comes in, we are here day and night. The road outside is always busy with trucks. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. It’s about keeping the machines running and making sure the quality is okay. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is nice. We are just a local industry trying to keep our place in the market and keep our workers busy. It's a tough but fair living for us and it keeps us out of trouble.
