Avadhut Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out in Tapneshwar, which is part of Jamkhed in the Ahmednagar district. We are registered at House Number 1833. It is a small village area where everyone knows everyone else. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to the local folks about their harvests and what is growing in the fields. Ahmednagar can get quite hot, but we are used to it by now. The work we do is mostly about getting the farmers together so things are a bit easier for everyone. It is not a big office with glass walls; it is just a practical space where we meet. We started this because we saw a need for people to work as one unit instead of all alone. Most of our days are spent out and about or sitting in the office going over the numbers. It is slow work sometimes, but it is real. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the grain and the crops as they come in. If you are ever passing through Jamkhed, you might see us around. We focus on the basics of agriculture and making sure the business side of things stays steady. It is just us and the land, really. That is how life is here in the village.
