Atalkar Baba Agro Producer Company Limited is run out of Jaganath Vaidya’s place at Gat No. 97 in Wakulani. If you know the Jalna area, you know Wakulani is a place where people really care about their land. We didn't want a fancy office in the city, so Jaganath offered his space to keep things local. It’s a simple spot where we handle all the company paperwork and meet with the other farmers in the group. Most days, it’s pretty casual. We talk about the rain, the pests, and what the market is doing in Jalna. We started this because we were all struggling with the same stuff—high costs for seeds and low prices when it came time to sell. By forming this producer company, we can help each other out with bulk buying and shared knowledge. We don’t have any slick marketing or big promises. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to do things a bit smarter. Sometimes we're there late into the night trying to figure out the accounts, and other times it’s just a quick chat over tea. It’s a real community effort. We aren't experts in business, but we know our crops and we know our neighbors. Having the company based at Gat No. 97 keeps us grounded and reminds us why we started this in the first place—to support the people right here in Wakulani who work hard every single day.
