Aroma Gold Farming Private Limited is tucked away in Kopargaon, specifically at Shradha Tower on Indira Path. It’s not exactly where you’d expect a farming business to be, but we needed a central spot to handle all the talk and the numbers. Kalpana Deiliprao Gade’s place serves as our main point of contact. We spend a lot of time near Madhav Udyan, just going about our daily routines. Farming around here has its ups and downs, and we aren't here to tell anyone it’s easy. It’s mostly about making sure we have enough hands for the harvest and that we aren't spending more than we make. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team, mostly people from around here who know the local roads and the local weather. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of people arguing about the best way to handle a new crop. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. We just have our names and our reputation in Kopargaon. Most days are spent on the phone or driving out to the plots to see how things are coming along. We just want to keep the business running steady so we can keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s practical work for practical people, and that is really all there is to it at the end of the day.
