We are based out of Shirwade in the Niphad area of Nashik. It’s a busy place over at Bhaskarrao Chimanrao Pomnar’s spot where we handle most of our daily things. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we are always surrounded by fields and people who know a lot about the land. Aadyaveer Agro Producer Company Limited started because we wanted to have a way for local folks to get things done together. It is not some big corporate office with fancy suits. Most days, you will find us talking to neighbors or sorting out paperwork in the middle of our village routines. Nashik is known for its farming, so we just fit right into that rhythm. We have our address at GN 252 and that is where the main work happens. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time on long meetings or big speeches. Instead, we focus on what needs to be done for the crops and the people who grow them. Sometimes things get a bit messy, or the weather doesn't help, but that is just how it goes when you work in agriculture.
