Our little shop is number twenty-two in the Mangalmani Complex. We are located in the Amraiwadi area, right across from the Municipal School. You can hear the kids playing and the bells ringing all day long from over there. It is a lively part of town. We have been here for a good while, serving the people who live and work in this part of Ahmedabad. The shop is not very large, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when there are a few customers inside. We do haircuts and shaves, nothing too special or complicated. We have some posters on the wall showing different styles, but most people just ask for the same thing they always get. It is a very local vibe here. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming to us since they were young. The chairs are comfortable enough for a twenty-minute sit. We try to keep the mirrors clean, but the humidity sometimes makes them foggy. It is just us working here, trying to make a living and keeping the neighborhood looking tidy. We do not have a website or any of that. If you need your hair done, you just come to the complex and look for the sign near the school. We are usually there from morning until late evening, just doing our thing.
