Our place, Om Parlour, is located in Kharakuvadholka. It’s a small spot in a quiet part of town where people just come to get their daily essentials or sit for a bit. We don't have a big staff, usually just one or two of us behind the counter. The shop is filled with a bit of everything, from cold drinks to snacks and whatever else the locals might need. It’s not a supermarket or a fancy store, just a regular local parlour. We open up pretty early so the people going to work can grab something on their way. During the afternoons, it gets a bit quiet when everyone is inside avoiding the heat, so we usually take that time to restock the shelves or clean up a bit. In the evenings, the area gets a bit more lively with kids and families walking around. We know most of our customers by their first names and we usually know what they want before they even ask for it. There’s no big corporate strategy here; we just try to keep the fridge cold and the shelves full. Dholka is a nice place to be, and our little corner in Kharakuva feels like home. We don't do any big promotions or sales, just steady work day after day to keep the shop running for the neighborhood. Sometimes we stay open a little later if the weather is nice and people are out chatting in the square.
