Minrava Hair Art

Minrava Hair Art is located in Shop No-6 at the Angi Complex. We are quite close to the Naranpura Crossing and the Dhangi Bhai Complex is right nearby too. Naranpura is a crowded part of Ahmedabad, so there’s always something happening outside the door. I’ve been working in this shop for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the mirrors are clean and that’s what matters for hair art. It’s a small space, so if three people are waiting, it feels full. I have a small radio that plays the local station, mostly just to have some background noise. The Naranpura Crossing is always a mess with traffic, so I see a lot of frustrated drivers through the window. It makes me glad to be inside. I keep my combs in a jar of blue liquid and make sure the capes are washed regularly. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just wait it out. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. People come in for a trim or a shave and we talk about whatever is in the news. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in Angi Complex for years now and know the area well.
