Win Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 7609 in Phase Iv of the G.I.D.C. area in Vatva. It’s an industrial zone, so there are trucks and machines everywhere you look. Our workshop is a functional space where we handle different engineering tasks. It’s loud because of the heavy machinery we use, and there’s always the smell of cutting oil in the air. We aren't a massive corporation; we’re a small team of engineers and workers who like to build and fix things. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and metal shavings. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running correctly. The office part of the building is just a small corner where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough to work, but we get through it. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing grease-stained overalls. We take on various projects for other companies in the area. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We’ve had some of the same machines since we started, and they still work just fine if you treat them right. We just focus on finishing the jobs we have and making sure they’re done properly. It's a no-nonsense environment here in Vatva, and we fit right in with the rest of the industrial units.
