Our place, Zeus Engitech, is situated at Plot No. 4/C/1 in Om Ind. Park, which is part of Phase-1 GIDC in Vatva. It’s a busy industrial park with a lot of movement. We focus on engineering work and technical stuff for various industries. The workshop has a lot of different machines for cutting and shaping. It's not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We're usually in work clothes and there's often grease on the floor. We take on various projects that come our way. Some are small and quick, while others take a lot of planning and time. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while. They know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything. If someone needs a part made or a machine fixed, they just come by the plot. The weather here in Ahmedabad can be tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s a straightforward way of making a living. We’ve seen the Om Ind. Park grow over time. We just keep doing our part, making sure the work is solid and the measurements are what they need to be. No fuss, just engineering work day in and day out. We hope to stay here for many more years, just doing the same practical work we’ve always done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours and we know the trade well enough.
