Viju Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is over at number 5, Bhagat Estate. We’re pretty close to the Galaxy Cinema, which is how most people find their way to us. It’s a decent spot. We have been here for years, doing our engineering work day in and day out. The estate has a lot of different small businesses, so there is always something going on. We handle a variety of engineering tasks. It's mostly just us in the workshop, making sure the measurements are right. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We like the size we are. It’s easier to keep track of things. The office part is small and filled with blueprints and old coffee mugs. It’s a comfortable place for us. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just look at the drawings and start the work. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tricky, but that's part of the trade. We know the people at the cinema and the other shops nearby. It feels like a neighborhood even though it's all business. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone just drops by because they were in the area. We appreciate the steady work and the familiar faces. It’s a good way to spend the day. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a place to sit while we talk about the job.
