You’ll find Adityam Industries in Phase-2 of the G.I.D.C. Estate in Vatva. Our address is Plot No. C/1/126. It’s a standard industrial shed like many others in this area. We’ve been working out of this space for a good number of years now. Inside, there is always the sound of machinery humming. It’s the kind of sound you stop hearing after a while because it’s always there. We do a lot of heavy production here. It’s physically demanding work. Most of the guys on the floor are locals who know the trade well. We don’t have a lot of fancy amenities. There’s a small area where we eat lunch and a tiny office for the paperwork. Everything is functional. We don't see the point in spending money on decorations when the work is what matters. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a hassle for the delivery trucks. We deal with it though. We’ve seen the estate change over the years, with new businesses coming and going, but we’ve stayed put. Our focus is just on the daily schedule. We make sure the raw materials are in and the finished products go out on time. There aren't any big speeches here. We just show up, do the shift, and head home. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in the industrial heart of Vatva.
