At Cadmach Machinery Co. Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days at Plot No. 3604 and 3605 in Phase-4 of the Gidc Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty large space, which is good because the machinery we deal with takes up a lot of room. We have been building and looking after machines for quite a while. It’s the kind of work where you get your hands dirty and have to pay attention to small details. If a bolt is loose, the whole thing won’t work right, so we spend a lot of time checking things over. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen everything and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part. The estate is always buzzing with activity, and we are just one part of that. We don't go around saying we are the best or anything like that. We just show up and try to make sure every machine that leaves our plot is ready to go. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and sometimes the days feel long, especially in the summer heat. But there is a good feeling when a project is finished and everything runs smoothly. We keep things grounded and just focus on the engineering side of things.
