Swastik Instrument is over at 39 Fine Nagar. We are right across the road from Sahajanand Society. If you are coming down 80 Feet Road, you will find us near the Jalaram Transport office. It’s a very busy part of Uttam Nagar with a lot of commercial activity going on all the time. We deal with different kinds of instruments and tools here. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we store everything. It often gets a bit cramped with all the boxes and equipment we have in stock. We spend a lot of time testing the instruments to make sure they are working properly before they go out. Being near the transport hub is very helpful for our business because it makes it easier to ship things. The traffic on 80 Feet Road can be quite loud and heavy, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We are just a local shop and we don't have any fancy displays or a big marketing team. People come to us because they need specific tools and they know we have them. It’s a simple, no-nonsense business. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just talk to our customers like normal people and try to help them out.
