Cemach

Cemach is located at Plot No. 512/2 in Phase-IV of Vatva G.I.D.C. We are right near Patel Cold Storage, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us in the maze of the industrial estate. Vatva is a busy place, and it feels like there’s never a quiet moment with all the factories running 24/7. Our building is pretty basic—concrete floors, high ceilings, and plenty of space for the equipment. We focus on our daily tasks, which mostly involve the manufacturing side of things. It’s hot in the summer, and the fans don't do much more than move the warm air around, but we get used to it. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees; we’re just a mid-sized team trying to keep up with our production schedule. You’ll usually find us in our work gear, focused on the batches. The office is just a small room at the front where the phone occasionally rings and the files are kept. We don't do anything flashy here. We just make sure the products are made right and shipped out on time. There’s always someone loading a truck or unloading raw materials in the front yard. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy environment, but it’s our workplace and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to most of us. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily checklist.
