Vadilal Enterprises Ltd.

Our office is way up on the 8th floor of Times Square, which is right near Iscon Arcade on C.G. Road. Navrangpura is always buzzing, and being in this building puts us right in the thick of it. Vadilal Enterprises Ltd. has been here long enough that we don't even think about the height anymore, though the elevators can take a minute when everyone is going for lunch. The space itself isn't what you'd call trendy. It’s a functional office with desks, chairs, and a lot of binders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets a bit hectic when things are busy, with people moving from one room to another to check on details. The air conditioning is usually cranked up because it gets hot outside in Ahmedabad, but sometimes it gets a bit too cold in here. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some tea bags for the afternoon slump. People know us as a fixture on C.G. Road. It’s a good spot to be because everything we need is close by. We don’t have a flashy reception area with someone waiting to take your coat. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the mountain of work that seems to grow every day. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
