Toral Beauty Parlour

The parlour is located inside Ami Apartment, specifically at 10/118 in the Naranpura area. We have been in this spot for quite a bit, serving the ladies who live in the nearby buildings. It is a quiet place because we are tucked into the residential block, though the Telephone Exchange is quite close by. Being in Naranpura, we see a lot of the same people every week. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We handle the basic stuff like threading, hair work, and skin things. The space isn't huge, but it is comfortable enough for a few people at a time. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly find us because they live in Ami Apartment or have heard about us from a neighbor. My days are spent mostly talking with clients and keeping the supplies organized. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends, but we manage. It is a straightforward job. I like that I can work close to where people live. You get to know everyone's stories after a while. We keep the mirrors clean and the chairs ready. It is just a local parlour for the neighborhood women to get their regular work done without having to go too far from home. That is how it has always been for us here. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy with the work.
