Terram Geosynthetics Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is on the seventh floor of Safal Pegasus, right there at A-704 on Anandnagar Road. Being in a big building like this means we spend a lot of time waiting for elevators, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is trying to get down to the street level. Terram Geosynthetics Pvt. Ltd. isn't a very large team, so we mostly just sit in our designated area and work on our computers. The view from the window shows a lot of the city traffic and the other tall buildings around this part of town. It’s a lot different from being in a ground-floor shop. Here, everything is a bit more quiet until you go out into the hallway. We have our files and our samples of materials scattered around the desks. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and we have to wear sweaters even when it is boiling outside. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos from old projects. People come in for meetings and we offer them water or tea, and we just talk about what needs to be done. Anandnagar Road is always crowded, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. Once we are in the office, though, it is just about getting through the emails and the phone calls until it is time to pack up and go home. It feels like a very standard office life.
