You can find Upaj Engineering Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 2 in the GIDC. We are right behind the Khodiaynagar Police Station, which makes it easy to explain to people who are lost. We’re also near Soni Ni Chawl. The building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, we have our machines and a small space for the paperwork. It’s mostly engineering work here, so there’s a lot of measuring and checking parts. We don't have any fancy signs or a big corporate office. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. The area can get pretty crowded with traffic, especially near the police station and the main road. We just try to get our tasks done and stay out of the way. There are a few of us here who have been working together for a long time. We don't talk much about goals or visions. We just look at what needs to be built or repaired and get to it. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or machines breaking down, which is frustrating, but we manage. The workshop isn't the prettiest place, but it's where we do our best work. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, they usually just walk straight into the shop. It's a simple, honest setup for an engineering business in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work.
