Bajariya Engineering Enterprise

Odhav is where all the real work happens in Ahmedabad, at least that’s what we think. Bajariya Engineering Enterprise is located at 62 Haridham Estate. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect anything fancy when you visit. There’s a lot of metal clanging and the smell of welding around here. We spend our days mostly working with machines and trying to get orders out on time. The estate can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the trucks sometimes block the entrance, but we just work around it. Our workshop isn't very big, and it’s definitely not tidy. There are scraps of iron in the corners and tools scattered across the benches. We don’t have a secretary or anyone to answer the phones in a polite way; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up while they're doing something else. It’s a bit of a rough environment, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this address for a good while now, and we know the other guys in the estate. We share tools sometimes or help each other out when a machine breaks down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here to do engineering work and earn a living. The tea we drink is usually cold by the time we get to it, but that’s just how life is in a busy workshop.
