Sujat Hair Art

Sujat Hair Art is located over near Mirjapur on Relief Road. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite the GPO. That area is always moving with people going to the post office or heading to work in the city center. Our shop is a small space, typical for this part of Ahmedabad where every inch of room matters. We have our mirrors along one wall and the chairs lined up. It gets a lot of light from the front when the sun is out. The sounds of the Relief Road traffic are part of our daily life here. We open early to catch people before their work day starts. It is a simple hair art shop, focusing on the basic cuts and shaves. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so the ceiling fans are usually spinning fast. The floor is old but we keep it swept. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years. They like that they can just walk in and get what they need without a lot of talking. We have a small bench for waiting and some old newspapers that people look through. It is an honest living in a busy part of the city. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do; we just cut hair and try to do it right every time.
