St Kabir School

St Kabir School is located in the Naranpura area, right behind Loyola Hall. It’s a nice spot because it’s tucked away from the main road, though it still gets plenty of traffic during the morning drop-off. The school has been part of the neighborhood for a long time, and you can see it in the way the building looks. We’ve got classrooms that have seen many years of students, with wooden desks that have a few scratches on them. Every morning starts with the sound of the gates opening and the first few kids running into the courtyard. You can hear the teachers talking and the occasional sound of a bell ringing for the next period. Behind Loyola Hall, the streets are a bit narrow, so things can get tight when the buses arrive. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything is ready for the day, from the chalk on the boards to the registers in the office. It’s not a polished corporate institution; it’s a real school where things are a bit messy sometimes but always moving forward. During the breaks, the noise level goes up as everyone heads out to the small playground. We sit in the office or the staff room, dealing with the daily paperwork and chatting about what’s happening in the classes. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place where we just focus on the day’s lessons and keeping everything running as it should for the community.
