Somlalit School

We are tucked away behind Hindu Colony and right opposite Sadhna Colony in Navrangpura. Being near the Sardar Patel Stadium means there is always something happening in the neighborhood. Somlalit School has a good location, though the lanes can be a bit narrow for all the cars and buses. It’s a compact building, but we make the most of the space we have. We have several floors, so there is a lot of going up and down the stairs for the students and the teachers. The office is on the ground floor and is usually quite busy with people coming in and out. We have classrooms that are a bit tight when the classes are full, but we manage just fine. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long, especially when there’s a game or an event at the stadium nearby. We have a small area where kids gather before the school starts. It’s a very urban school. We don’t have big rolling fields, but we have a solid building and a lot of history in this spot. The teachers are mostly local people who know the area well. We focus on the books and the exams, just like any other school around here. It’s a practical setup for families living in this part of Navrangpura. Every day we just open the gates and get to work without any fuss.
