Site Enggnier

Our setup is at B/77 in the Zaver Nagar Society, right on the Harni Warsia Ring Road in Vadodara. It’s a good spot because the ring road makes it easy to get around the city when we need to visit different sites. Site Enggnier is the name we use, even if the spelling on some papers is a bit different. We’ve been in this part of Gujarat for a while and we’ve seen the area change a lot. The office itself is part of the society, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood business. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of dust from the road nearby. It’s not the kind of place where you need to wear a suit. Most of us are in work boots and jeans because that’s what the job requires. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site photos. It can get pretty loud when the traffic picks up on the ring road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just come in, see what the day brings, and try to get home at a decent hour. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work. That's really all there is to it.
