Shreenath Engg. Works

Our workshop, Shreenath Engg. Works, is located at B/43 in the Santabag Society. We are tucked away behind the Vishala Hotel and quite close to the APMC market in Vasna. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. We do a lot of engineering and fabrication work here. The shop is filled with the sound of machines and the smell of cut metal. It’s not a very pretty place, just a functional one with concrete floors and walls lined with tools. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the lathes and the drills. We take on all sorts of jobs, from small repairs to making specific parts for bigger machines. We don't have any promotional banners or special signs. We just do the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, and other times we close up early if things are quiet. It’s a local business in the truest sense. We know the other shop owners around here and we often help each other out with tools or advice.
