Bhagyoday Estate is where we spend our days at Shree Bhagwati Pharma Machinery Company. It’s right on Ajod Dairy Road, so we see a lot of activity from the morning onwards. Rakhial is a tough industrial area, very busy and full of energy. Our unit at number 9 is a practical space. We deal with pharmaceutical machinery, so it’s a lot of metal and fiddly work with all the parts. The shop floor is usually where you’ll find most of us. It’s noisy sometimes with all the clanking, but that’s just the sound of things getting built. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything. It’s just our workspace where we get things done. The road outside can get crowded, especially with the dairy trucks and local transport moving back and forth. We’ve known the other business owners in the estate for a long time. We share news and sometimes help each other out if a tool goes missing or something needs moving. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten quickly before getting back to the machines. It’s honest work, and we take it as it comes. The walls here have seen a lot of seasons. Sometimes it’s dusty, sometimes it’s raining, but the work on Ajod Dairy Road doesn’t really stop. We’re just a bunch of people who know machines and like staying busy in our corner of Rakhial. We aren't here to make things look pretty, just to keep the machines moving for the people who need them.
