Shilp Beauty Parlour & Classes

Shilp Beauty Parlour & Classes is at 1/A in Savita Society. We are located right near the Naranpura Char Rasta, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our parlor is actually a part of a residential building, so it has a very home-like feeling to it. It’s not like those cold, modern salons you see in the city center. We have a section for our regular beauty services and another area where we hold our classes. We teach local girls the basics of the business, like how to do threading properly or how to apply henna for weddings. It takes a lot of time to learn these things, so the shop is often full of students practicing on each other. Naranpura is a friendly neighborhood, and we have many aunties who have been coming to us for years. They usually come in for their regular hair trims or facials. We keep the place as clean as we can, but with the classes going on, there is always a bit of a mess with thread bits and hair on the floor. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working together. If we are in the middle of a lesson, a customer might have to wait a little while, but we always get to them eventually. It’s a steady, quiet way to run a business. We like being a part of Savita Society and plan to stay here.
