Seema Hair Art

Seema Hair Art has been sitting here in Jamalpur for quite a long time. If you know where Saad Bakery is, we are literally right across from it. It's a busy street, lots of noise from the bikes and people walking by, but that’s just how this part of Ahmedabad is. We do haircuts and shaving mostly. Nothing too fancy. The shop is small and we have a couple of chairs that have seen better days but they still work fine for what we need. Mostly men come in for a quick trim or a shave before they head off to work. We open early because that's when people are around. The area near Behrampura is always moving. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. It gets dusty outside so we are always sweeping the floor to keep it decent. My father started this and now we just keep it going as a family thing. It’s a simple living. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us chai while we work on a customer. We don’t use any expensive products, just the normal stuff you find in any local shop. It’s 380001, so right in the heart of things. If you need a haircut and don't want to spend a lot of time or money, you can just stop in. We usually have a spot open unless it's Sunday morning.
