Sea-Bird Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 329 in the Shiv Complex, right in Sector-16. It’s a solid building, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. We do engineering work, so there are always drawings and blueprints spread out on the desks. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but it’s a place where real work gets done. We have a lot of different tools and equipment scattered around because we’re always tinkering with something or checking a measurement. The people who work here are mostly folks who like to use their hands and solve problems. We don’t have a lot of fancy corporate jargon. If something isn't working right, we just say so and try to fix it. Sector-16 is a busy area, but once you step into Shiv Complex, it feels like we’re in our own little world. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. Sometimes we stay late when a project is being stubborn, and other times we finish early and just sit around talking. We like to keep a relaxed atmosphere at Sea-Bird Engineers Pvt. Ltd. because it makes the difficult technical work easier to handle. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do the engineering work properly and go home at the end of the day. It is just basic engineering done by people who care.
