Being in Bodakdev is great because it’s such a central part of Ahmedabad. We’ve been at this address for a good while now, doing our engineering consulting. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the rolls of paper and technical manuals lying around. We aren't really the type to keep a perfectly tidy desk. It’s a working office, not a showroom. You’ll find us there most weekdays, huddled over computers or talking about a specific site issue. It’s a small group of us at Sai Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. We just want to get the engineering right. Sometimes the traffic on Juges Banglow Road makes it hard for people to park, but we've gotten used to it. There is a lot of noise from the street, but once the windows are shut, we can focus. We don't have a big sign outside, just our name on the building directory. It’s a straightforward place for people who need technical help with their projects. We just do the work, keep our heads down, and try to stay on top of the schedule. We don't spend money on fancy furniture when our old chairs work just fine for us every single day.
