Over in Gandhinagar, near the Motera area, you’ll find us at 7/B, Sarjan Bunglows. It’s run by Ashvin K. Patel and sits near the Swastik School. Being in a residential spot like this makes it feel a bit more personal than a big office park. Sadbhav Engineering Limited has been here for a while, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us, working out of a bungalow, trying to keep up with all the engineering projects we have on our plate. Motera has changed a lot, especially with the stadium nearby, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. We handle the technical side of things, looking at plans and making sure things are built the right way. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes we have disagreements or things take longer than they should. But we don't sugarcoat it. We just deal with the problems as they come. We don’t use flashy language or make big promises. We just work hard and try to be fair to everyone we deal with. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when things get really busy. We like the neighborhood feel of being near the school and the local houses. It keeps us grounded and reminds us that we’re just people working for other people.
