Rupam The Beauty Salon

We are located at Shop No 6 in Rabari Colony, right here in the Amraiwadi area of Ahmedabad. Rupam The Beauty Salon has been around for some time now. Most people find us easily because we’re tucked into a familiar spot in the colony. It’s not a huge fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. Just a simple shop where we do our work every day. Usually, the mornings are a bit quiet while we set things up, but then people start dropping in from around the neighborhood. Amraiwadi is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes the traffic is loud, or you hear people talking while they wait for their turn. We keep the chairs clean and the mirrors wiped down. It gets dusty being right on the street, so that’s a constant job. If you live around Shop No 6, you probably pass by us all the time without thinking much about it. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, new shops opening and others closing down. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we’re doing. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big waiting room, so sometimes people just lean against the wall or chat outside while they wait for a seat to open up. That’s just how it goes here in Ahmedabad. We open early enough and stay until the evening rush finally settles down. It's just a normal part of the day for us.
