Rs Institute Of Science is located in Gurukul, which is a busy part of Ahmedabad 380052. We’ve been running things from this spot for quite a few years now. It’s not a polished institute with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have a few rooms with sturdy benches and plenty of chalk dust everywhere. The focus is mainly on science for the older students who are preparing for their big exams. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big billboards. Most of the kids who come here live in the nearby colonies and just walk over after their school finishes. In the summer months, it gets pretty warm inside, so we keep the windows open and the fans going full blast. It’s a practical environment where the main thing is the books and the blackboard. We have a small corner where we keep some science equipment, though it’s not a massive lab. Sometimes we stay back late if a student is struggling with a tough physics problem. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We just start the classes and keep going until the work is done. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers and old textbooks lying around on the desks. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. It is just a regular place for regular students who want to get their science grades up.
