Roots Family Salon

Roots Family Salon is situated on Swimming Pool Road in Nirnay Nagar. We are right opposite Panchrahi Apartment and close to Sukan Apartment. It’s a decent neighborhood here in Ahmedabad. We wanted a place where whole families could come together, so that’s why we set it up this way. We get kids coming in for their first haircuts and older folks who have lived in Nirnay Nagar for decades. The shop is simple and functional. We have the usual salon chairs and sinks for washing hair. It’s not a high-end luxury spot, just a regular place for regular people. The road outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars and people moving about, but it’s usually manageable. We spend our whole day here, so we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street. We don’t have any big corporate rules or fancy titles. We just work. The floor is usually covered in hair until we get a chance to sweep it between customers. We keep the tools sharp and the water warm. It’s just a small business trying to do right by the neighbors. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the apartments around us fill up with new faces. If you need a trim or a shave, we’re easy to find. We just keep things moving and try to make everyone feel okay while they’re in the chair. It is just a part of the daily routine for us.
