Reliable Engg. Co. is our small business located at No 3/28 in the Vallabhnagar Flats. You will find us right across from Kapan Hospital. We are also quite near the Titan Show Room at Bapunagar Char Rasta. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement around here. Having an engineering shop in a residential flat complex might seem a bit strange, but we have made it work for a long time. Our space is compact, so we have to be very organized. We named it Reliable because that is the most important thing to us. If we say we will finish a job by Tuesday, we do our best to have it ready. We don't have a big team or a lot of expensive equipment. Most of our machines are second-hand, but we keep them in great shape. We handle all sorts of engineering tasks for the people and businesses in Bapunagar. It’s a hands-on life and we are usually covered in oil by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. We just talk to people right there on the shop floor. It’s more direct that way. We’ve seen the hospital across the street grow into a big building while we stayed just as we are. We like the local feel of this neighborhood. We are just simple workers who take pride in being dependable for our customers every single day.
