Rajan Mehta

I've been working out of Samrajya Society here in Vastral for a while now. It’s number 51, right in the middle of the block. Ahmedabad is a busy place, but this corner stays mostly quiet except for the occasional scooter passing by or the kids playing outside in the evenings. Most days start around nine when I open up the shutters and get the computer going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paper stacked up on the side. I try to keep things organized, but when you're busy, things just tend to pile up. People in the society know me by now, and sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather, which is usually just hot. I don’t have a big staff or anything, it’s mostly just me and a couple of guys helping out when things get backed up. We handle the daily stuff as it comes in. There’s no big corporate manual here, we just figure things out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do every day. Nothing too complicated, just honest work from a small room in Ahmedabad, trying to get things done.
