Raj Ice Cream Parlours

We have been here at Shop 103 for a good while now. It is right on Gujarat State Highway 26, so there is always some traffic passing by. Being in Maharja Society makes it a bit of a local spot for folks living nearby too. You can see the Town Hall right across the road from us. Sometimes it gets quite busy when there are events there. We just keep things running day to day. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we handle the ice cream business. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the freezers stay cold. It is mostly just about keeping the stock ready for whenever someone stops their car or walks over from the society. We know most of the people who come in regularly. They live around here or work nearby. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about how we do things. We open up early and stay until the evening. The highway stays noisy, but you get used to it after a few years. Sometimes the power flickers, and we have to check the machines quickly. That is just how it goes in this part of town. We are happy being right here near the Town Hall. It’s a decent place to be located. We don’t really change much, just keep doing the same work every day. It's just a job and we do it.
