R R Shah Asociate

R R Shah Asociate is based out of Gandhinagar, up in Gujarat. Our office is actually at number 65 in Satyam Society, which is in the Mansa area. It is a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, which we like because it keeps things calm while we are working. The house is a standard one for this part of Mansa, and we’ve converted part of it into our workspace. There are a lot of trees around Satyam Society, so it’s not as dusty as some of the other parts of town. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and several cabinets full of files. We do a lot of associate work, which means plenty of reading and writing throughout the day. The Gujarat heat can be pretty intense, so we usually keep the curtains drawn to stay cool. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who have known each other for a long time. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, to be honest. We usually have a pot of tea going in the kitchen area. People from the society often stop by to chat or ask for advice on small things. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have any flashy signs or posters, just our name on the gate so people know they’ve reached the right house in the society.
