Sanghavi Design

Our office is at D 38 in the Balaji Estate, right across from the Maruti Popular showroom on the Narol Isanpur Highway. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. We have a few drafting tables and some computers where we work on different design projects. The walls have some old sketches pinned up, and there are stacks of paper everywhere. It’s a working office, so it isn't always neat and tidy. We spend a lot of time drawing and measuring things out. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who enjoy the process of putting ideas onto paper. Sometimes we spend the whole day just debating a small detail on a plan. The light in the office is pretty good during the morning, which helps with the work. People from around the estate drop in occasionally to talk about projects they have in mind. We don't do much self-promotion. We just focus on the drawings we have on our desks. It can get a bit hectic when we have a deadline, with more coffee being drank than usual. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and like being near the highway for easy access. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. There are usually rolls of blueprints leaning against the corners of the room.
